Title	Skyscraper
Description	This image is a watercolor conceptual painting of a skyscraper done by an unknown student sometime between 1917 and 1942. The painting shows a front view of the skyscraper with its brick walls, doors, windows, decorative ironwork, stone carvings, metal sculptures on the upper corners and sloping roof. In the background, the skyscraper is shown with two streets and buildings on either side of it. There are also people and automobiles in front of the skyscraper. Superimposed on the background buildings and in the lower part of the painting are floor plans for various floors with their scales, rooms, walls, corridors, doorways, windows, interior stairs, elevators, an auditorium, shops, and cafeteria, and a cross section view of the entire building. In the lower right corner, there is an inscription which reads "First Medal" a red star, and an Alabama Polytechnic Institute School of Architecture stamp. The painting is in fair condition with a small piece missing from the upper left corner and minor edge wear and is encapsulated.
