Title	Design for Restaurant
Description	This image is a watercolor painting of a conceptual drawing for the the conversion of an old mill building into a restaurant done by H.C. Hopson sometime between 1917 and 1942. The top of the painting shows the side view of the building with its waterwheel, windmill, brick walls, doors, windows, several sets of steps, iron hand railings, sloped roof, two chimneys, and terraces/patios on each end of the restaurant with trees in the background. There is a small stream flowing over the waterwheel next to the terrace on the left which also has a table with an umbrella. There is a floor plan in the lower right portion of the painting and a front view of the restaurant with a scale beneath it in the lower left portion. There are two stickers in the lower right corner which read: "School of Architecture Architectural Renderings, RG 457, Original number 38, 'A restaurant,' H.C. Hopson" and "38." The painting is in fair condition missing only the lower left corner and is encapsulated.
