Description	This image is a photograph used in the book Auburn, a Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village by Mickey Logue and Jack Simms, 3rd edition, 2013, depicting the history of the city and the university. From page 214: The vacated college supply store building, camouflaged by untrimmed privet, stood next to Mary Martin Hall long after its business was transferred to the new Union Building. The store had operated in one of many surplus military buildings erected on campus soon after World War II ended. They helped meet the needs of an enrollment swelled by thousands of veterans attending Auburn on the GI Bill of Rights.
