Frances Reynolds McLeod taught English at Auburn University , 1943-1975 . Her Reynolds ancestors came to Alabama from Georgia in the 1850's and settled in Warrior Stand in Macon County . Branham , Reynolds and McLeod family correspondence (1856-1980) ; receipts , bills of sale and promissory notes (1832-1860) ; Reynolds family legal correspondence , financial records and mortgages receipts (1885-1935 , 1967) ; and a Sunday school record book from the Warrior Stand (Alabama) Methodist Episcopal Church (1910-1911) .
