This image is a black and white photograph of a bow view of a U.S . Army transport ship , used to ferry American soldiers by sea , nearing a dock in a harbor presumably in Hawaii in the 1930s . There are two tugboats , one on each side of the ship , and the tugboat on the right is pushing the transport .
