Is a very good and reliable workman A young man of undoubted veracity and of unblemished moral character A young man for whom I have the highest regard and in whom for honesty, uprightness and integrity I have the utmost confidence, and Who always has been upon the best terms with his fellow workmen. And it affords me great pleasure thus to recommend so worthy a young man to the kindness of his fellow workmen, and to the kindness of all good men whereever his lot may fall, P.H.
